Three Day Minimum Rental on all equipment

Security Deposit: $500.00 paid at time of departure. (fully refundable after ALL terms have been met).

Generator Usage: You RECEIVE 3 FREE hours/per day. $5.00/per hour for each additional hour. Generator is needed to run air, microwave, outlets and to recharge battery system. It takes approx. 1 gal of fuel for every hour of use. You will need to run generator 1-2 hours min. to keep system charged.

$80 Sanitation Fee always applies and includes: LPG tanks and fresh water will be full. no need to dump the holding tanks before you return, no need to wash the "OUTSIDE of the RV" on your return, holding tanks have been treated. Units are required to come back with the interiors as clean as they were at departure and to my standards otherwise $100 will be retained from security deposit. Your security deposit will be charged $55 per hour if excessive cleaning is required.

Return full of fuel otherwise security deposit will be charged at $4.50 gal fuel.

Rental Policy Requirements
1. A valid driver's license - minimum age of ANY driver has to be 25 years old or older.
2. Advance reservations are $250.00 non-refundable for cancellations. This amount will be deducted from rental rate at departure. Charges that may be deducted from the security deposit include, damages, loss of equipment, refueling, extra days, and cleaning. $80.00 sanitation fee is always applicable on all rental unitsbr>3. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. Payment may be made by cash, cashier's check, money order or major credit card. A personal check will be accepted 15 days prior to scheduled departure.
4. Trailer pick-up and drop-off times must be prearranged. Delivery to your location can be accommodated.
5. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING 15 DAYS PRIOR TO SCHEDULED RESERVATION: Reservation deposits are non- refundable. ANY CHANGES, such as dates, times or pick up locations are subject to a processing fee of $50.00 per change.
6.Units include: kitchen, bathroom, stored fresh water, sinks, toilet, Waste/gray water holding tanks hot water heater, range/oven, shower, furnace with thermostat, refrigerator/freezer, air conditioner, dining and sleeping accommodations, and campground hook-up, Microwave ovens. TV and DVD units.
7. INSURANCE: Renters must provide an endorsement or binder to their own insurance for a Trailer and or Truck. In the event of an accident, a police report must be submitted and “A Family Affair” must be notified within 24 hours. Damage caused by striking overhead objects and/or undercarriage include: tire, wheels, hubcaps and damaged windows are considered negligence, misuse, or carelessness: the renter is 100% liable.
8.Security deposit of $500.00 must be paid at time of departure. Deposit will be returned within 5 business days prior to meeting rental guidelines. If damage is discovered, more time may be necessary to fully examine unit.
9. All units are non-smoking and will be assessed a heavy cleaning charge if smoke is detected. Due to the allergic reaction of some renters.
10. Pets are more than welcome to accommodate you while traveling. Owner is responsible for pets actions and will be assessed a heavy cleaning charge if any pet damage is detected.
11. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY TRAILER TO TRAVEL TO MEXICO.
